With a dill cream cheese, orange slices, cucumbers,
cherry tomatoes, crostini bread.
Drizzled with a orange–chipotle pepper sauce.
Served over a bed of mixed greens.
Entrée
Char-Grilled Wood’s Rib-Eye
Topped
with mushrooms, roasted red peppers,
spinach, onion and gorgonzola cheese.
Served with a twice baked potato and grilled asparagus.
Hazelnut Encrusted Chicken
With a
huckleberry–port reduction sauce.
Served with a Moroccan cous cous pilaf and grilled green beans.
