Sangiovese
The last weekend of February 24 - 26 during Dine Around Sandpoint, we
will also be having our Library Wine Tasting Weekend, tasting past
vintages of our Merlot as well and offering tastes, flights, or by the
glass. As well as the last weekend of Dine Around, March 16 –18 we
will be having our Library Tasting weekend of our past Terroir Series,
which includes the Sangiovese,
Beans and Greens on
Crostini
Crostini topped with Cannellini beans, Spinach, onion, sun dried
tomato and sage then drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Shrimp Linguini
Shrimp sautéed with butter, sweet red peppers, scallions, garlic,
lemon, clam juice and white wine then tossed with linguine and topped
with shaved parmesan cheese
Chocolate Truffle Cake
A rich chocolate mousse dessert with a butter pecan crust.
