Prosciutto and white onion sautéed in garlic, olive oil and white wine, with a touch of cream. Served over pasta.

Contidina

Chicken, steak and Italian sausage sautéed in garlic, olive oil, white wine, lemon and rosemary. Served with gnocchi.
